Privacy & Data Notice
This site is run by Aquiles (aqprotocol.com). I keep things minimal and respectful.
What data I collect
- Contact form: name, email, and what you write. Used only to reply and evaluate if it makes sense to work together.
- Technical basics: standard server logs (IP, user agent) handled by the hosting provider (Netlify) for security and performance.
- No tracking pixels by default: no Meta pixel, no remarketing tags. If I ever add anonymous analytics (e.g. GA4 or similar), it will be documented here and only loaded after consent.
How I use your data
- To read your message and respond like a competent human.
- To keep basic security and prevent abuse.
- No newsletters, no list rental, no sale of your data. Ever.
Legal basis (GDPR-ish, without the fluff)
- Legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps: when you contact me asking for help.
- Consent: for any optional analytics or cookies (none active without your say).
How long I keep it
- Contact emails and messages: as long as the conversation is relevant, or up to 12 months, then I clean up.
- If we work together, retention may follow legal/accounting requirements.
Your rights
You can email aquilespv@pm.me to:
- Ask what data I have about you.
- Ask me to correct or delete it.
- Complain about anything that looks off.
Third parties
- Site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are processed by Netlify’s form handling. They act as processors under their own terms.
- Email is handled via Proton Mail.
Cookies
- Essential cookies only by default.
- If analytics are ever added, they will be:
- Documented here.
- Only loaded after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner.
If you’re reading this, you already care more about privacy than most agencies. Good.
